Your privacy, and the privacy of all customers of Asset Archives, Inc., is important to us. Accordingly, we have adopted the following privacy policy. Our policy is based on the principles of notice, access and security in the collection and use of all information regarding our customers and users and their activities at our site (www.assetarchives.com).

Asset Archives will never share, sell or disclose customer or prospect information without the permission from the individual. All collected information via the Asset Archives documentation service will remain privy to the customer and Asset Archives. For those customers who request Asset Archive to store their personal inventory, Asset Archives will store a copy of their records in an off-site bank safety deposit box. Information is collected at the time of a sale in order to complete the sale and deliver the products. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties. Asset Archives, Inc. does not use customer lists to send solicitations (except for renewal notices for continuing services such as inventory updates, add-on services for your inventory or promotion of new products or services that Asset Archives maintains).

2. Access
Customers, who purchase the renewal option, may have access to their inventory data for the purpose of updating inventory information.

3. Security
Asset Archives, Inc. is fully committed to data security. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information you provide to us. The Asset Archives product is delivered on a CD-ROM with all data locked down onto the medium. A password-protected feature, which is provided to the customer, allows the accessibility only to those who have permission through password recognition. To prevent unauthorized access to a customer's personal information, customers will be given a unique identifier number that will be cross-referenced to their personal Asset Archive.

Regardless of the precautions taken by you or by us, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.
