, provides a full digital documentation of your personal property. There are two phases to our services: digital capture and digital archive. Both phases are part of our basic service that ensure proper documentation and reliable, easy-to-use retrieval of your asset's information.
STEP I: Digital Capture
Asset Archives professionals will perform a complete digital video and digital image capture of your possessions. Digital format will render accurate imagery of your possessions and provide life long quality without degradation.
STEP II: Digital Archive
A written documentation is performed on site that collects specific information pertaining to
your assets for documentation purposes. This information is then transferred into an
Asset Archive™. The Asset Archive™ includes transferring the digital capture and
written inventory into an easy-to-use program that is provided to you on a CD-ROM.
You will have the ability to view images, browse and review assets, and extract any information
you may need for documentation purposes. You will also be provided with a VHS Video tape of your inventory for a complete overview of your assets.
Once the service has been completed your personal Asset Archive™ is delivered to you in a professional presentation packet.
